Request for Proposals

Between 2010 and 2017, PARTNERS for Equity in Child and Adolescent Health awarded planning grants to 40 sites representing 44 counties around the State of Georgia to explore the creation of a school-based health center in their area. Needs assessments, focus groups, planning meetings, business plan development and parent/teacher/student surveys are among some of the activities that have been conducted to determine the communities’ needs and wishes regarding school-based health care. There are currently 32 comprehensive centers in operation in the state.
